Our Policies
Cancellation policy
As a courtesy to our practitioner and other clients, please give at least a 24-hour notification for cancellations. There is $50 fee for non-emergency late cancellations as they prevent other guests from receiving services during that time. Emergency cancellations will be determined on a per case basis.
Late arrivals
Due to the limited time available between appointments, clients who arrive 5 or more minutes after the scheduled start time will have that same amount of time deducted from the appointment with the full payment amount due.
No show and missed appointment policy
After you are 7 minutes late with no communication, you will receive a courtesy phone call. If we are unable to reach you and 15 minutes have passed, your appointment is considered forfeited. Forgotten appointments are also considered forfeited. The no-show charge is 100% of the regular price of the session and must be paid with cash or credit card prior to your next appointment. If we have your credit card information on file, your card will be charged immediately.
Payment policy
Payment is due when service is rendered. To receive the package discount price, payment must be received in full and in one lump sum. All coupons and gift certificates must be presented at the time of checkout to be honored. No refunds or payment adjustments will be made if coupon/gift certificate is presented after payment has been rendered.
All gift certificates, prepaid services and prepaid package sales are final. However, the services are transferable as long as they have not expired
Professionalism policy
As licensed therapists we are required to build upon our education each year, this means that our body of knowledge and experience is always expanding. We thank you our clients as you give us the gift of practicing the art of massage therapy. Every day is an exciting opportunity to learn something new. It is our intention to demonstrate commitment to providing the highest quality massage therapy/bodywork to those who seek our services. We strive to work ethically, effectively and professionally. We accept the responsibility to do no harm to the physical, mental an emotional well being of self & clients. Sexual harassment will in no way be tolerated. Those who violate this policy will be asked to leave the studio and will not be permitted to return.

Privacy policy
We acknowledge the confidential nature of the professional relationship with clients and respect each client's right to privacy. Information exchanged between therapist and client will only be shared with other bodywork professionals, doctors or therapists with the client's consent.
